Artist's Description
Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve showcases an enormous sand dune field set against the western slopes of the Sangre de Christo Mountains in south central Colorado. The low angled setting sun highlighted the crests and curves of these towering dunes for this abstract presentation of this wonderful geologic phenomenon.
