Description
"Snowmelt" is an image that called to me. I had never been to this area of the Olympic National Forest, let alone driven up the road I was on. Suddenly, I knew there was an image in the forest I should capture. Not knowing exactly where I was going, I parked and hiked into the forest until I came upon this scene. It has turned into one of my most popular and best selling images.
