Description
A monochrome abstract view of an ancient Bristlecone Pine in Cedar Breaks National Monument, Utah. Bristlecone Pines can be found only at the exteme high elevations near treeline in the mountains of the American Southwest, but also only in specific soils. In this harsh environment the Bristlecone Pine grows very slowly, but can live to extraordinary age.
This portrait mural is part of my "West By Southwest - An American Mural Project" collection. Like all of the others in the collection it is formatted in the 3:5 ratio and are only available in the 20" x 12", 24" x 14.375", 30" x 18", 36" x 21.625", 40" x 24", 48" x 28.75", 60" x 36" and 72" x 43.25" sizes.
