Photograph - Fine Art Light Painting
Description
For some time I have been exploring the concept of using the light and energy passing through the lens of my camera to "paint" an image. I had a vision, but was blind to it until I developed a method to add time and motion to the equation. "Tazza Plaza Abstract Reflection" is a product of this quest and technique. It transforms architectural features such as pillars and beams into fantastic shapes, scenes and apparitions quite impossible to perceive with the human eye, including this Cubist , almost M. C. Escher style result.
.............................................................................
"Tazza Plaza Abstract Reflection" is created solely by a photographic technique relying on the focused light and energy of a single exposure in the camera to offer a different visual reality... A reality of light through time and motion.
Only then was the final photograph mirrored by digital process to complete this surreal composition.
..........................................................
"Tazza Plaza Abstract Reflection" is only being issued as a limited edition print, with a total of 50 copies to be produced. If you desire a signed certificate of authenticity when you purchase this Douglas Taylor Fine Art Print of "Tazza Plaza Abstract Reflection", please contact the artist via e-mail at: douglas@pricklypearadise.com
..............................................................
Signed, numbered and authenticated prints may be obtained directly from the artist as well. This is the first public exhibition "Tazza Plaza Abstract Reflection". It is featured in my Creative Photography - "Bending the Beam" gallery.
"Tazza Plaza Abstract Reflection" is formatted in the 1:2 ratio vista size for where beautiful, bright, bold and colorful abstract art is desired to satisfy a demanding interior design requirement. It can be obtained in lengths up to 8 feet wide for presentation on large walls, corridors, meeting rooms and open interior spaces.

Not sure how you did it, but it sure is very stunning!! LFTw
Douglas Taylor replied:
Thank you, Robert! I'm never sure how these images will come out because the technique I use never produces the same results twice. But when it works, it comes out as a very unique image. I appreciate your compliment, and your support very much.
