"Welcome the warm afternoon light as shadows lengthen. Wonder in the glory of evening skies when our sun’s rays grace clouds with sublime color."

The sky seemed to catch on fire in this early autumn desert sunset seen from the west side of the Tucson Mountains at Saguaro National Park near Tucson, Arizona. Like a first kiss that ignited a long love affair, this is one of the first in a memorable sequence I made of one of the most remarkable sunsets I have ever witnessed. It was indeed the start of something very special on a beautiful October evening.
