Description
Nobody knows why this 1937 Chevrolet remains in the ghost town of Bodie, California. When this car was new, Bodie was pretty much empty of residents, and its remote location was not conducive to spontaneous visits during those years, nor in the war years following. After that time, Bodie was completely abandoned, as was the car.
Now it rests in Bodie State Park, slowly oxidizing in the high desert mountains.
